    本发明公开了一种骨架车低鹅颈纵梁补强结构,包括锁具横梁,所述锁具横梁的正面焊接有主纵梁,所述锁具横梁正面的内侧焊接有牵引销纵梁,所述牵引销纵梁的内壁焊接有牵引销中部横梁,所述牵引销纵梁的外壁焊接有牵引销边部横梁,所述牵引销边部横梁的一端与主纵梁焊接。本发明采用上述结构,通过设置牵引销纵梁、中部纵梁,补强了骨架车低鹅颈纵向刚度,同时通过各横梁、牵引销板、鹅颈补强板将纵梁鹅颈前部车架连接为一体,优化了工艺结构,实现低鹅颈情况下骨架车前部重载承受能力,减少了纵梁鹅颈前部变形量,避免长久变形导致的车架疲劳损伤问题,提升低鹅颈骨架车重载运输能力。
