The invention discloses a wall-climbing type thin plate flattening device and a working method thereof.The device comprises a chassis, wall-climbing walking mechanisms are oppositely installed on the chassis, the upper surface of the chassis is connected with a heating flattening mechanism, each wall-climbing walking mechanism comprises a magnet block, a crawler belt, a driving wheel, a driven wheel, a fixed baffle, a fastener and a driving motor, the driving wheel is connected with the driving motor, and the driven wheel is connected with the driving motor; the driven wheel is installed on one side of the chassis and connected with the driving wheel through the crawler belt, a plurality of magnet blocks are evenly installed on the peripheral face of the crawler belt at intervals, and a fixed baffle is arranged on the outer side of the driving wheel and the outer side of the driven wheel and installed on the outer side face of the chassis through fasteners at intervals. A double-crawler-type magnet block adsorption method is adopted, the number of magnet blocks is increased, the adsorption area of the device and the ship wall is increased, and the risk of falling caused by insufficient magnetic adsorption in the wall climbing process is reduced; the magnetic blocks are connected in a mode that the polarities of every two magnetic blocks are opposite, and the caterpillar band tensioning problem is effectively solved through the interaction between the magnetic blocks.

    本发明公开了一种爬壁式薄板矫平装置及其工作方法,装置包括底盘,底盘上相对安装有爬壁行走机构,底盘的上表面与一加热矫平机构连接,爬壁行走机构包括磁铁块、履带、主动轮、从动轮、固定挡板、紧固件、驱动电机,主动轮与驱动电机连接,从动轮安装于底盘一侧并通过履带与主动轮连接,履带的外周面上间隔均布安装有多个磁铁块,主动轮和从动轮的外侧设有一固定挡板,固定挡板通过紧固件间隔安装在底盘的外侧面上。本发明采用双履带式磁铁块吸附方法,增加了磁铁块数量,增大了装置与船壁的吸附面积,降低了在爬壁过程中因磁吸不够而坠落的风险;采用磁铁块两两极性相对的方法连接,利用磁铁块间的相互作用来有效解决履带张紧问题。
