The invention discloses a method for monitoring and judging the icing degree of an overhead power transmission line, and solves the problem of how to monitor icing on the power transmission line and accurately judge the severity of an ice layer by using a convenient and efficient method. Image data of an overhead transmission line under a normal condition and an icing disaster condition are collected through unmanned aerial vehicle line patrol, calculation is carried out in a computer in a centralized monitoring device of a power transmission operation and inspection center by combining temperature, humidity, wind speed, rainfall, position and elevation data of sampling points, and the icing thickness of each sampling point is calculated; the inherent frequency of the icing section is calculated; particularly, sampling points with the icing thickness ranging from 30 mm to 20 mm are determined as quasi deicing points, the quasi deicing points serve as dangerous points for key monitoring and analysis, a hierarchical monitoring processing method is adopted, the judgment accuracy of the severity degree of the ice layer of the icing section is greatly improved, and a resonance deicing measure is adopted, and moderate icing is removed before severe icing.

    本发明公开了一种架空输电线路覆冰程度监测判断方法,解决了如何用便捷高效的方法对输电线路上的覆冰进行监测并较准确判断出冰层严重程度的问题;通过无人机巡线,采集架空输电线路在正常情况系和覆冰灾害情况下的影像数据,并结合采样点的温度、湿度、风速、雨量、位置和高程数据,在输电运检中心集中监控装置中的计算机中进行计算,计算出各采样点的覆冰厚度,并计算出覆冰段的固有频率;特别是将覆冰厚度在30‑20毫米之间的采样点确定为准除冰点,将准除冰点作为重点监测和分析的危险点,并采用分级监控处理方法,大大提高了覆冰段冰层严重程度的判断准确性,并采用共振除冰的措施,在严重覆冰前,将中度覆冰清除。
