The invention relates to a pneumatic exhaust braking speed regulation method under a domain control architecture. The method comprises an engine torque control sub-process, a gearbox AMT control sub-process and an engine exhaust braking speed regulation sub-process. The gearbox AMT control sub-process is used for judging and sending ATM request information; the engine torque control sub-process is used for carrying out torque limiting operation on an engine and comprises an engine torque limiting mode; the engine exhaust braking speed regulation sub-process is used for carrying out speed regulation operation and exhaust braking operation on an engine and comprises a speed regulation preparation stage and a speed regulation stage; the engine torque control sub-process, the gearbox AMT control sub-process and the engine exhaust brake speed regulation sub-process are in a parallel processing relation. According to the invention, the hysteresis of pneumatic exhaust brake response is fully compensated; the exhaust brake is used for assisting in untwisting in the engine untwisting stage; when the gearbox directly quits the untwisting and enters the back-twisting, the exhaust brake can quit in time to avoid flameout of the engine; and the speed regulation time of the engine is optimized.

    本发明涉及域控架构下气动排气制动调速方法,包含发动机扭矩控制子流程、变速箱AMT控制子流程、发动机排气制动调速子流程;变速箱AMT控制子流程用于判定并发出ATM请求信息;发动机扭矩控制子流程用于对发动机进行扭矩限制操作,包含发动机扭矩限制模式;发动机排气制动调速子流程用于对发动机进行调速操作和排气制动操作,包含调速准备阶段、调速阶段;发动机扭矩控制子流程、变速箱AMT控制子流程、发动机排气制动调速子流程之间为并行处理关系。本发明充分弥补了气动排气制动响应的滞后性;实现了发动机卸扭阶段由排气制动辅助卸扭;当变速箱直接退出卸扭进入回扭时排气制动可以及时退出避免发动机憋熄火;优化了发动机调速时间。
