The invention discloses a dual-mode operation magnetic coupling thruster based on a planetary gear. The thruster is mainly composed of a thruster shell sealing part, a guide pipe and tire composite part, a magnetic coupling transmission part, a planetary gear power switching part and a thruster steering part. The propeller shell sealing component is composed of a planetary gear section shell, a motor section shell and a driving section shell. The magnetic coupling transmission part is composed of a propeller outer rotor part, an isolation sleeve and an inner rotor part. The vector underwater propeller can be carried in an ROV, an AUV and other devices to serve as a vector underwater propeller and serve as a driving steering hub in an onshore robot, underwater reliable sealing is achieved through a propeller shell sealing component, different power transmission directions are achieved through planetary gear fixing, amphibious work can be achieved, and driving force is provided for the robot on the underwater road.
