The invention discloses a hyper-heuristic traffic flow optimization method and system based on genetic programming. The method comprises the steps of obtaining genetic programming population individuals and performing initialization processing through a semi-growth method; performing simulation evaluation on the initialized genetic programming population individuals based on a traffic simulation method to obtain evaluation values of the genetic programming population individuals; based on the evaluation values of the genetic programming population individuals, performing iterative niche simplification processing on the initialized genetic programming population individuals, and outputting the optimal genetic programming population individuals; and optimizing the urban road network traffic flow by taking the optimal genetic programming population individual as an optimal strategy. According to the method, a small-scale road network is used for training the hyper-heuristic strategy, the time for training the hyper-heuristic strategy by an algorithm is greatly shortened, and the trained hyper-heuristic strategy can reduce the congestion rate of a road. The hyper-heuristic traffic flow optimization method and system based on genetic programming can be widely applied to the technical field of traffic flow optimization of evolutionary computation.

    本发明公开了一种基于遗传规划的超启发式交通流优化方法及系统,该方法包括:获取遗传规划种群个体并通过半生长法进行初始化处理;基于交通仿真模拟方法对初始化后的遗传规划种群个体进行模拟评估,得到遗传规划种群个体的评估值;基于遗传规划种群个体的评估值,对初始化后的遗传规划种群个体进行迭代小生境简化处理,输出最优遗传规划种群个体;将最优遗传规划种群个体作为最优策略对城市路网交通流进行优化。本发明使用小规模路网训练超启发式策略,大大减少算法训练超启发式策略的时间,训练出的超启发式能够减少道路的拥堵率。本发明作为一种基于遗传规划的超启发式交通流优化方法及系统,可广泛应用于进化计算的交通流优化技术领域。
