The invention discloses a safe hoisting analysis method of an underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage truck crane near a high-voltage line, and belongs to the technical field of underground diaphragm wall construction in foundation pit engineering support. The safe hoisting analysis method mainly comprises the steps of data collection and analysis, weight calculation of the underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage, hoisting calculation, hoisting machinery type selection, model diagram drawing, station simulation and hoisting method determination. According to the method, hoisting machinery in a proper range is screened out through calculation of a reinforcement cage and hoisting stress, hoisting machinery stations are preliminarily screened in combination with the safety distance of the high-voltage line and the position of the high-voltage line, a model is drawn to simulate the relative position, and the electric shock danger coefficient of the high-voltage line is reduced to the minimum; and the device is suitable for construction operation of the diaphragm wall in foundation pit engineering support.

    本发明公开了基坑工程支护中地下连续墙施工技术领域的一种临近高压线下地连墙钢筋笼汽车吊安全吊装分析方法,主要包括资料收集分析、地连墙钢筋笼重量计算、起重吊装计算、吊装机械选型,绘制模型图、站位模拟、确定吊装方法。本发明通过对钢筋笼、起重吊装受力计算,筛选出合适范围的起重机械,结合高压线安全距离、高压线位置初步筛选的起重机械站位,绘制模型模拟出相对位置,将高压线触电危险系数降到最低,适于在基坑工程支护中地连墙的施工作业时使用。
