The invention discloses a mechanical electric wheel matched with multi-working-condition positioning parameters and a control method of the mechanical electric wheel. The mechanical electric wheel comprises a mechanical electric wheel body, a first electromagnetic adjusting module, a second electromagnetic adjusting module, a single-axis tilt angle sensor and a control module. The first electromagnetic adjusting module and the second electromagnetic adjusting module are the same in structure and each comprise an electromagnetic guide rail, a sliding base, a support, a rocker arm, a connecting rod and an electromagnetic controller. The first electromagnetic adjusting module, the second electromagnetic adjusting module, the single-axis tilt angle sensor and the control module are all fixed to a hub motor of the mechanical electric wheel body, a T-shaped guide rail of the first electromagnetic adjusting module is vertically arranged, and a T-shaped guide rail of the second electromagnetic adjusting module is horizontally arranged. The camber angle and the toe-in angle of the corresponding mechanical electric wheel body can be matched and adjusted according to the vehicle movement working condition. Compared with the prior art, the device is exquisite in structural design, clear in technical route and high in practical value, and has important significance for improving the automobile handling stability and solving the problem of abnormal tire scrapping.

    本发明公开了一种匹配多工况定位参数的机械电动轮及其控制方法,包括机械电动轮本体、第一电磁调节模块、第二电磁调节模块、单轴倾角传感器和控制模块。第一电磁调节模块、第二电磁调节模块结构相同,均包含电磁导轨、滑座、支架、摇臂、连杆和电磁控制器。第一电磁调节模块、第二电磁调节模块、单轴倾角传感器、控制模块均固定在机械电动轮本体的轮毂电机上,其中,第一电磁调节模块的T型导轨竖直布置,第二电磁调节模块的T型导轨水平布置。本发明能够根据车辆运动工况匹配对应机械电动轮本体的外倾角、前束角并进行调节。相比现有技术,本发明结构设计精巧、技术路线清晰、具有较高的实用价值,对于汽车操纵稳定性的提升、轮胎非正常报废问题的解决具有重要意义。
