The invention relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle battery replacing system and a battery replacing method thereof.The unmanned aerial vehicle battery replacing system comprises a battery replacing platform, the battery replacing platform is used for parking an unmanned aerial vehicle, the battery replacing platform comprises a fixing plate and a landing platform, the landing platform is connected with the fixing plate through at least two flexible connecting pieces, and the flexible connecting pieces are arranged on the two opposite sides of the fixing plate; in the battery replacing process of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the landing platform can move in parallel relative to the fixing plate through the flexible connecting piece, so that the battery replacing platform can compensate for the positioning error of the battery replacing system of the Kaempson heat engine on the unmanned aerial vehicle. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle battery replacing system, the unmanned aerial vehicle can be accurately positioned in the battery replacing process of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the position error generated in the battery replacing process of the unmanned aerial vehicle battery replacing system is eliminated, the unmanned aerial vehicle is prevented from being damaged in the battery replacing process, the moving precision requirement of the unmanned aerial vehicle battery replacing system is reduced, and the cost of the unmanned aerial vehicle battery replacing system is reduced.
