The invention discloses a hybrid electric vehicle thermal management system and a control method, when a water-cooling intercooler cools pressurized air, the water-cooling intercooler is connected in series with a DHT cooling loop and a motor controller cooling loop, so that the water-cooling intercooler, the DHT cooling loop and the motor controller share one set of cooling loop; and the OBC is connected with the power battery in series, so that the high heat dissipation requirement of a low-temperature loop and the performance waste caused by the system design are avoided. Meanwhile, the low-temperature loop and the battery heat management loop, the battery heat management loop and the passenger compartment heating loop, and the passenger compartment heating loop and the engine cooling loop are mutually independent, series-parallel or series circulation respectively through the first four-way valve, the second four-way valve and the third four-way valve, so that the available power consumption and the multiplying power of the power battery are improved on the premise of not increasing energy consumption; the power battery life is prolonged; and meanwhile, the problems that the power battery cannot be heated at low temperature and the battery cannot be cooled when the battery is overheated are solved.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力汽车热管理系统及控制方法,在水冷中冷器对增压空气进行冷却的同时,将水冷中冷器与DHT、电机控制器冷却回路进行串联,使水冷中冷器与DHT、电机控制器共用一套冷却回路;并将OBC与动力电池串联,避免了系统设计造成的低温回路散热需求偏大,性能浪费。同时,将低温回路与电池热管理回路、电池热管理回路与乘员舱采暖回路、乘员舱采暖回路与发动机冷却回路分别通过第一、第二、第三四通阀实现相互间独立、混联或串联循环,在不增加能耗的前提下,提高动力电池可用电量和倍率,延长动力电池寿命;同时避免在低温下,无法给动力电池加热,在电池过热时,无法给电池降温的问题。
