The invention discloses a quick-release buffer connecting structure for an electric drive trailer, which comprises a quick-release connector I connected with the electric drive trailer, flexible rubber (5) and a quick-release connector II connected with carrying equipment, one end of the flexible rubber (5) is connected with the quick-release connector I through a steering elbow (2), and the other end of the flexible rubber (5) is connected with the quick-release connector II through a supporting elbow (6). The included angle formed by the axis of the flexible rubber (5) and the axis of a straight pipe section (601), used for being connected with a quick release connector II, of the supporting bent pipe is an acute angle. The flexible rubber design is adopted, the good buffering effect can be achieved, and meanwhile in the linkage advancing process (especially linkage turning) of the electric drive trailer and the carrying equipment, the buffering connecting structure can achieve bending and torsion of any degree of freedom through the flexible rubber; the design of the two quick-release connectors is adopted, quick connection and separation of the electric drive trailer and transportation equipment can be achieved, and the operation convenience of the electric drive trailer can be improved.

    本发明公开一种电驱拖车用快拆式缓冲连接结构,包括用于和电驱拖车连接的快拆接头Ⅰ、柔性橡胶(5)、用于和运载设备连接的快拆接头Ⅱ,柔性橡胶(5)的一端与快拆接头Ⅰ通过转向弯管(2)连接、其另一端与快拆接头Ⅱ通过支撑弯管(6)连接,所述柔性橡胶(5)的轴线与所述支撑弯管用于连接快拆接头Ⅱ的直管段(601)的轴线构成的夹角为锐角。本发明采用柔性橡胶的设计,能起到良好的缓冲效果,同时在电驱拖车、运载设备联动行进的过程中(尤其是联动转弯),缓冲连接结构借助柔性橡胶还可实现任意自由度的弯曲和扭转;本发明采用两个快拆接头的设计,可实现电驱拖车和运输设备的快速连接、脱离,有利于提高电驱拖车操作的便捷性。
