A graphene-based high-strength flexible electrothermal film anti-icing and deicing element disclosed by the present invention comprises a laminated plate structure, the laminated plate structure comprises a heating layer and a bonding layer, the heating layer comprises two layers of graphene and carbon fibers wrapped in the two layers of graphene, the bonding layer comprises an anti-tensile layer and a base layer, and the anti-tensile layer is arranged between the two layers of graphene and the carbon fibers wrapped in the two layers of graphene. The base layer and the tensile layer are modified to form an integrated structure. According to the flexible electric heating film, the carbon fiber tube and the carbon fiber filaments are combined to prepare the flexible electric heating film, the heating layer is composed of the carbon fiber bundles which are made of arch-shaped cloth and are arranged in a unit mode and two layers of graphene, and experiments prove that good toughness can be achieved through the mode. Graphene is adopted as a heating raw material, and experiments prove that the heating rate is 20% higher than that of a traditional metal wire.

    本发明公开的一种基于石墨烯的高强度柔性电热膜防除冰元件,包括层合板结构,所述层合板结构包括发热层、粘合层,所述发热层包括两层石墨烯与包裹在所述两层石墨烯内的碳纤维丝,所述粘合层包括抗拉伸层和基层,所述基层与所述抗拉伸层通过改性形成一体化结构。所述碳纤维丝为弓型结构,本发明结合碳纤维管与碳纤维丝制备出了一种柔性电加热膜,所述发热层为弓型布质并且单元排布的碳纤维束丝以及两层石墨烯,通过实验证明这样的方式能取得良好的韧性。本发明采用石墨烯作为加热原材料,经实验证明升温速率比传统金属丝升温快20%。
