The invention discloses a hot-melt tire tread rubber formula used in rainy days and a preparation method thereof. The tire tread rubber material is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-90 phr of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene F3824; 10 to 30 phr of brominated butyl rubber 2222; 10 to 20 phr of modified liquid rosin; 10 to 20 phr of phenolic resin; 60 to 70 phr of white carbon black with a high specific surface area; 6 to 7 phr of a monosulfur silane coupling agent; 10 to 20 phr of super wear resistant carbon black; 2 to 5 phr of zinc oxide; 3 to 5 phr of an anti-aging agent; 2 to 5 phr of protective wax; 1 to 3 phr of stearic acid; 1.5 to 2 phr of a cross-linking agent; and 1 to 1.5 phr of an accelerant. According to the hot-melt tire tread rubber, a certain amount of liquid rosin resin and phenolic resin are added into the hot-melt tire tread rubber, so that the hot-melt tire has excellent wet road holding performance while the hot-melt tire has excellent dry road holding performance.

    本发明公开了一种雨天使用的热熔胎胎面胶配方及其制备方法,该轮胎胎面胶料按重量份数计由包括以下原料混炼而成:溶聚丁苯F3824:70‑90phr;溴化丁基胶2222:10‑30phr;改性液体松香:10‑20phr;酚醛树脂:10‑20phr;高比表面积白炭黑:60‑70phr;单硫硅烷偶联剂:6‑7phr;超耐磨炭黑:10‑20phr;氧化锌:2‑5phr;防老剂:3‑5phr;防护蜡:2‑5phr;硬脂酸:1‑3phr;交联剂:1.5‑2phr;促进剂:1‑1.5phr。所述热熔胎胎面胶通过在热熔胎胎面胶中添加一定量的液体松香树脂与酚醛树脂树脂,在保证热熔轮胎具有优异的干地抓地力的同时,也使该热熔轮胎拥有优异的湿地抓地力性能。
