The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging method, device and system based on rate remote issuing, and the method comprises the steps: enabling a mobile terminal to serve as a communication bridge between an offline charging pile and a cloud server, obtaining an equipment identifier of a target charging pile and pile end rate information through the mobile terminal, and transmitting the equipment identifier and pile end rate information to the cloud server; therefore, the cloud server can confirm whether the pile end rate information is inconsistent with the charging rate information in the cloud end rate list, if not, the latest charging rate information can be issued to the mobile terminal, and then the mobile terminal sends the latest charging rate information to the target charging pile. Therefore, the target charging pile can complete the updating of the charging rate, and the charging pile carries out charging billing at the latest charging rate.
