The invention discloses an underwater online replacement method for a dynamic pipe cable distributed floater. The underwater online replacement method comprises the following steps that a diving and floating operation plan is made according to the water depth of the floater needing to be replaced; a diver enters the water to dismantle the dynamic pipe cable floater and the floater inner clamp underwater; the diver determines the installation position of the floater according to the floater spacing information of the dynamic pipe cable configuration diagram, and marks the installation position of the floater; the workboat lowers a new floater inner clamp and a hydraulic installation tool to the position near the marked position, and the diver installs the new floater inner clamp at the marked position; the operation ship lowers the buoyancy block and the installation tool to the position close to the marked position, and after the diver completes team forming of the buoyancy block and the new floater inner clamp, double fastening is conducted through a fastening piece and an outer rolling belt; and the workboat recycles the installation tool, and underwater online replacement work of the floater is completed. The dynamic pipe cable does not need to be disengaged from the floating body, relaid and connected back to the floating body after being rewound back to an engineering ship for repairing, the construction amount is reduced, the construction procedure is optimized, and cost reduction and efficiency improvement are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种动态管缆分布式浮子水下在线更换方法,包括以下步骤:根据需要更换浮子的水深制定潜水下潜、上浮作业计划;潜水员下水进行动态管缆浮子和浮子内卡水下拆除;潜水员根据动态管缆构型图浮子间距信息,确定浮子安装位置,并进行标记;作业船下放新浮子内卡和液压安装工具至标记位置附近,潜水员在标记位置进行新浮子内卡安装;作业船下放浮力块和安装工装至标记位置附近,潜水员完成浮力块和新浮子内卡的组队后,通过紧固件和外轧带进行双重紧固;作业船回收安装工装,完成浮子水下在线更换工作。本发明无需将动态管缆从浮体解脱,倒缆回工程船进行修复后再重新铺设、回接到浮体,减少施工量、优化施工程序,实现降本增效。
