The invention belongs to the field of aircraft control surface driving structure design, and particularly relates to a hydraulic actuator outer cylinder and aircraft body structure integrated design method. Comprising the following steps: 1, calculating the load of a hydraulic piston rod according to the torque of an aircraft control surface and a motion envelope arm of force of a hydraulic actuator; 2, according to the pressure intensity of the hydraulic actuator and the load of a hydraulic piston rod, the pressure action area of the hydraulic actuator is calculated, and then the inner diameter of an outer cylinder of the hydraulic actuator is obtained; 3, according to the bearing load, the material strength and the safety coefficient of the hydraulic actuator outer cylinder, the wall thickness of the hydraulic actuator outer cylinder is calculated, and then the outer diameter of the hydraulic actuator outer cylinder is obtained; 4, determining the configuration, the material and the size of the airframe structure according to the aircraft load and the aerodynamic configuration; and fifthly, the hydraulic actuator outer cylinder and the machine body structure are integrally designed, and manufacturing is completed through the 3D printing technology. The supporting rigidity of the hydraulic actuator and the flutter speed of an aircraft control surface are improved.
