The method comprises the steps that the spare capacity of a transformer, the minimum spare capacity of the transformer and the rated charging power of a single charging pile are obtained; judging whether the spare capacity of the transformer is smaller than the rated charging power of a single charging pile; if the spare capacity of the transformer is smaller than the rated charging power of the single charging pile, judging whether the spare capacity of the transformer is smaller than the minimum spare capacity of the transformer; and if the spare capacity of the transformer is smaller than the minimum spare capacity of the transformer, a charging load reduction command is issued to the charging pile in the charging state, so that the charging pile in the charging state reduces the charging load based on the charging load reduction command. According to the scheme, under the condition that no transformer is newly added, the unoccupied capacity of the transformer is used for controlling the charging load of the charging pile in the charging state, peak shifting regulation and control over electricity utilization of the charging pile and electricity utilization of residents are achieved, it is guaranteed that the transformer is not overloaded, and the urban power distribution and utilization capacity meets the charging requirement of electric vehicles.
本发明提供一种增加充电容量的控制方法及装置,该方法包括:获取变压器空余容量、变压器最小空闲容量以及单个充电桩额定充电功率;判断变压器空余容量是否小于单个充电桩额定充电功率;若变压器空余容量小于单个充电桩额定充电功率,判断变压器空余容量是否小于变压器最小空闲容量;若变压器空余容量小于变压器最小空闲容量,向处于充电状态中的充电桩下发降低充电负荷命令,使处于充电状态中的充电桩基于降低充电负荷命令降低充电负荷。在本方案中,在不新增变压器的情况下,利用变压器空余容量对处于充电状态中的充电桩进行充电负荷的控制,实现充电桩用电和居民用电错峰调控,保证变压器不过负荷,使城区配用电容量满足电动汽车充电需求。
