The invention discloses a laminated glass dismounting and mounting method based on a self-propagating technology. The method comprises the following steps: cleaning attachments on the surface of laminated glass; planning and marking a cutting path of the laminated glass; igniting a cartridge case with the adiabatic reaction temperature of 1900-2400k, and moving and firing the laminated glass for 25-55s according to a planned path; and after firing for 10-20 seconds, the laminated glass automatically collapses or collapses after being lightly hit. According to the invention, heat generated by chemical reaction is utilized to destroy the stress structure of the laminated glass and melt the laminated layer, so that the breaking effect is achieved, and the breaking effect is not limited to forcible breaking through huge force generated by a mechanical structure in the prior art.
