The invention relates to an adjustable axial dynamic load loading test device for a pod propulsor. The pod propulsor to be tested is mounted on a test bench through a height-adjustable mounting base; the thrust loading support is connected with one side of the test bench, and the thrust loading module is installed on the thrust loading support and can be adjusted in a sliding groove of the thrust loading support according to the height of a propeller shaft of the pod propeller to be tested, so that the center of a thrust bearing of the thrust loading module is consistent with the center of the propeller shaft of the pod propeller to be tested. The thrust loading module is connected with a propeller shaft of the tested pod propeller through a loading shaft and is connected with the loading pump station. According to the adjustable axial dynamic load loading test device for the pod propulsor, the height of the flange of the mounting base and the position of the thrust loading module are combined for use, a large height range can be generated, the test requirements of the pod propulsor with different power gears and different paddle shaft heights are met, and the transformation cost of the loading test device is greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及一种吊舱推进器可调轴向动态负荷加载试验装置,试验台架上面通过可调高度的安装基座安装被试吊舱推进器;所述推力加载支架与试验台架一侧连接,推力加载模块安装于推力加载支架,并能根据被试吊舱推进器的桨轴高度在推力加载支架的滑动槽内调整,使推力加载模块的推力轴承中心与被试吊舱推进器桨轴中心一致,推力加载模块通过加载轴连接被试吊舱推进器的桨轴,并与加载泵站连接。采用本发明的吊舱推进器可调轴向动态负荷加载试验装置,安装基座法兰高度和推力加载模块位置组合使用,可以产生较大幅度的高度范围,满足不同功率档位和不同桨轴高度的吊舱推进器试验要求,大幅降低加载试验装置改造费用。
