The invention belongs to the technical field of rail transit, and discloses a method and a system for monitoring creeping and close attaching force of a turnout switch rail and an external locking device. The magnetic field inductive sensor converts the number of magnetic grids passing through the magnetic grid ruler and the magnetic picking sequence into magnetic signals; when the lock hook assembly pushes the connecting iron base, the optical fiber pin type sensor converts force borne by the optical fiber pin type sensor into an optical fiber signal. The magnetic signals are processed, and the creeping amount of the switch rail and the creeping amount of the outer locking device are obtained; and processing the optical fiber signal to obtain the turnout close attachment force. The sensing unit is installed on an existing external locking device, punching and installation of other instruments and sensing equipment on a ballast bed and a track are not needed, and the method is easy and convenient to install and easy to construct. According to the invention, the creeping amount and the close fitting force of the switch rail and the outer locking device can be monitored at the same time.

    本发明属于轨道交通技术领域,公开一种道岔尖轨及外锁闭装置爬行和密贴力监测方法及系统,其中方法包括:当尖轨连接铁与连接铁座发生相对位移时,磁场感应传感器将采集到的自身经过磁栅尺上的磁栅个数和拾磁顺序转化为磁信号;当锁钩组件推动连接铁座时,光纤销式传感器将自身受到的力转化为光纤信号;对磁信号进行处理,获取尖轨及外锁闭装置的爬行量;对光纤信号进行处理,获取道岔密贴力。本发明将传感单元安装于现有外锁闭装置上,无需在道床及轨道上打孔,安装其他仪器及传感设备,此方法安装简便,施工简单。本发明实现了对尖轨及外锁闭装置爬行量与密贴力的同时监测。
