The invention discloses a wheel-side speed reducer for an AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle). The device comprises a shell, the shell comprises a longitudinal frame body and a transverse frame body, a coupler and a speed reducing mechanism are arranged in the longitudinal frame body, an output shaft is arranged in the transverse frame body, a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear are arranged at the joint of the longitudinal frame body and the transverse frame body, and the input end of the coupler is used for being connected with a motor shaft; the output end of the coupler is connected with the first bevel gear through the speed reducing mechanism, the second bevel gear is arranged on the output shaft in a sleeving mode and fixedly connected with the output shaft, the first bevel gear and the second bevel gear are perpendicular to each other and meshed, a first opening is formed in the front end of the transverse frame, and the front end of the output shaft extends out of the first opening. The second bevel gear is rotationally connected with the front end of the transverse frame through a first positioning bearing, and the rear end of the output shaft is rotationally connected with the rear end of the transverse frame through a second positioning bearing. The output shaft is rotationally connected with the shell through the two layers of positioning bearings, the load of the output shaft is small, and positioning and mounting are convenient.

    本发明公开了一种用于AGV小车的轮边减速机。它包括壳体,壳体包括纵向框体和横向框体,纵向框体内设有联轴器和减速机构,横向框体内设有输出轴,纵向框体和横向框体的交接处设有第一锥齿轮、第二锥齿轮,联轴器输入端用于连接电机轴,联轴器输出端通过减速机构与第一锥齿轮连接,第二锥齿轮套设在输出轴上且与输出轴固定连接,第一锥齿轮与第二锥齿轮相互垂直且啮合,横向框体前端设有第一开口,输出轴前端伸出第一开口,第二锥齿轮通过第一定位轴承与横向框体前端转动连接,输出轴后端通过第二定位轴承与横向框体后端转动连接。本发明输出轴通过两层的定位轴承与壳体转动连接,输出轴负载小,且便于定位安装。
