The invention relates to the technical field of crane foundations, in particular to a large portal crane track foundation for nuclear facility construction and a portal crane. The large portal crane track foundation comprises an A-row track foundation which is arranged outside a nuclear island foundation pit, and the interior of the A-row track foundation is provided with a hollow part in the track direction to serve as a pipe gallery structure; the B-row track foundation is arranged in the nuclear island foundation pit, column pier supports are arranged below the B-row track foundation so that the elevation of the B-row track foundation can be consistent with that of the A-row track foundation, a hollow part in the track direction is formed in the B-row track foundation to serve as a pipe gallery structure, and a space for a pipe gallery to pass through is formed between every two adjacent column piers; according to the invention, the column piers are arranged to realize the structural design of the supporting legs of the crane for the B-row track foundation and meet the arrangement requirements of various pipe galleries and pipelines crossed with the track foundation; by adopting the combined arrangement of the track foundation and the pipe gallery structure, the bearing capacity of structural members is improved, and the influence of the side pressure of the base of the track foundation on the pipe gallery structure is reduced.

    本发明涉及起重机基础技术领域,特别涉及一种核设施建造用大型门式起重机轨道基础及门式起重机,包括A列轨道基础,设于核岛基坑外,其内部设有沿轨道方向的中空作为管廊结构;B列轨道基础,设于核岛基坑内,下方设有柱墩支承使其标高与所述A列轨道基础一致,其内部设有沿轨道方向的中空作为管廊结构,相邻所述柱墩间具有管廊通过的空间;本发明通过设置柱墩将B列轨道基础实现了便于起重机支撑腿结构设计以及解决了与轨道基础相交叉各种管廊、管线布置要求;通过采用轨道基础与管廊结构结合布置,不仅提高了结构构件承载能力,还减少了轨道基础基底侧压力对管廊结构的影响。
