The splicing-angle-adjustable vertical shaft duct piece lifting appliance comprises a lifting arm, a lifting plate, an abutting block and a counterweight assembly, a lifting hole is formed in a first supporting arm of the lifting arm, the lifting plate is located on one side of the lifting hole, and the two ends of the lifting plate extend in the circumferential direction of a duct piece and are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the first supporting arm; the gravity center of the counterweight assembly is located on a virtual plane formed by the axis of the first supporting arm and the gravity center of the duct piece, the counterweight assembly comprises a balance block, a connecting rod for connecting the balance block and the first supporting arm and a counterweight weight detachably connected to the balance block, and when the duct piece is hoisted, the lower end face and the two side faces of the duct piece can be exposed; the duct pieces are prevented from inclining in the circumferential direction, the hoisting stability and safety are good, and the assembling angle of the duct pieces can be adjusted according to requirements during hoisting by disassembling and assembling the balance weights; the vertical shaft duct piece splicing method is easy to operate, small in alignment difficulty, capable of adapting to splicing of duct pieces of different types and different specifications, high in splicing efficiency and good in safety.

    本发明提供的拼装角度可调的竖井管片吊具,包括吊臂、吊装板、抵紧块、配重组件,吊臂的第一支臂上设有吊装孔,吊装板位于吊装孔一侧,其两端部沿管片的周向方向延伸并对称分布在第一支臂两侧,配重组件的重心位于第一支臂的轴线与管片的重心构成的虚拟平面上,配重组件包括平衡块、连接平衡块和第一支臂的连接杆、可拆卸地连接在平衡块上的配重砝码,在吊装管片时,能够露出管片的下端面及两侧面,避免管片在周向方向上出现倾斜,吊装的稳定性及安全性好,通过拆装配重砝码,在吊装时,还能够根据需求调整管片的拼装角度;本发明提供的竖井管片拼装方法,操作简单,对位难度小,能够适应不同类型、不同规格的管片拼装,拼装效率高,安全性好。
