The invention relates to the field of vibration and noise reduction plates, and provides a vibration and noise reduction super-hybrid laminate and a preparation method and application thereof. The vibration and noise reduction super-hybrid laminate comprises a plurality of layers of metal plates, a functional layer is arranged between every two adjacent metal plates, and each functional layer comprises a polyether-ether-ketone adhesive film layer, an aramid fiber textile layer and a carbon fiber reinforced polyether-ether-ketone prepreg layer; the number of the metal plates is larger than or equal to 2. Furthermore, the vibration and noise reduction super-hybrid laminate further comprises a damping material layer. The vibration and noise reduction super-hybrid laminate provided by the invention has the characteristics of a metal plate and a polyether-ether-ketone composite material, gives full play to the viscoelastic characteristic of a polymer polyether-ether-ketone adhesive, and obtains a laminate structure with a high damping coefficient by utilizing the constraint damping structure principle of interfaces among layers and the noise reduction characteristic of a hollow structure of an aramid fiber textile; vibration of sound waves in laminate transmission is effectively reduced, and the effect of vibration and noise reduction is achieved.
本发明涉及减振降噪板领域,提供了一种减振降噪超混杂层板及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的减振降噪超混杂层板包括若干层金属板,相邻金属板之间设置有功能层,所述功能层包括聚醚醚酮胶膜层、芳纶纺织品层和碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮预浸料层;所述金属板的数量大于等于2。进一步的,所述减振降噪超混杂层板还包括阻尼材料层。本发明提供的减振降噪超混杂层板兼具金属板和聚醚醚酮复合材料的特点,并且充分发挥聚合物聚醚醚酮胶所具有的粘弹性特性,利用各层间界面的约束阻尼结构原理以及芳纶纺织品中空结构的降噪特性,得到高阻尼系数的层板结构,有效地减少声波在层板传递中的振动,起到减振降噪的效果。
