The invention discloses a low-altitude flight-based atmospheric particulate sampling collector which comprises a shell, telescopic legs are fixedly mounted at the bottom of the shell, springs sleeve the surfaces of the telescopic legs, universal wheels are movably mounted at one ends of the telescopic legs, an air inlet is formed in the front surface of the shell, an air outlet is formed in the back surface of the shell, and the air inlet is communicated with the air outlet. Anti-collision strips are fixedly installed at the four right angles of the side face of the shell, and three fixing rings are fixedly installed at the top of the shell. The telescopic legs are uniformly distributed and mounted at the four corners of the bottom of the shell, and the surfaces of the telescopic legs are sleeved with springs, so that the device is more stable when flying to the ground for collection, vibration of the device is weakened when the device falls to the ground through the mounted springs, and scattering of particles collected inside due to excessive vibration of the device when the device falls to the ground is prevented; and unnecessary labor loss is avoided.
