The invention relates to the field of rail transit underground excavation station construction, and discloses an ultrahigh middle rock pillar non-blasting excavation operation system and a construction method thereof.The ultrahigh middle rock pillar non-blasting excavation operation system comprises a plurality of anchor rods driven into tunnel left side and/or right side pilot tunnel vault surrounding rock; c-shaped steel rails with downward openings are fixed to the bottoms of the anchor rods and arranged in the advancing direction of the pilot tunnel, and the front end and the rear end of each C-shaped steel rail are each provided with a steering wheel; the movable supporting longitudinal beams are arranged in the C-shaped steel rails, inhaul cables are arranged at the front ends and the rear ends of the movable supporting longitudinal beams, and the movable supporting longitudinal beams are connected with fixed winches on the ground through the inhaul cables and steering wheels respectively; and the lifting platform is connected with the movable supporting longitudinal beams through lifting ropes. According to the system, on the basis of the arch crown surrounding rock structure during tunnel excavation, the requirement of the ground for the flatness can be completely met, rapid adjustment of the excavation operation height and the operation position of the ultrahigh middle rock pillar is effectively achieved, multiple times of lifting and descending changing are not needed in the rapid adjustment process, and therefore all-directional operation point changing excavation is achieved, and the excavation construction efficiency is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及轨道交通暗挖车站施工领域,公开了一种超高中岩柱非爆破开挖作业系统及其施工方法,包括打入隧道左侧和/或右侧导洞拱顶围岩的若干锚杆;锚杆底部固定有开口向下,并沿导洞行进方向排布的C形钢轨,C形钢轨的前端及后端各设有一个转向轮;还包括设置于C形钢轨内的移动支撑纵梁,移动支撑纵梁的前端及后端均设有拉索,并通过拉索及转向轮分别与地面的固定卷扬机连接;还包括通过升降索与移动支撑纵梁连接的升降平台。本发明系统依托隧洞开挖时拱顶围岩结构,能够完全脱离地面对于平整度的要求,有效实现对超高中岩柱的开挖作业高度及作业位置的快速调整,快整过程无需多次变换举降,从而实现全方位变换作业点开挖,有效加快开挖施工效率。
