The invention relates to an anti-theft authentication method and device for remote starting of a vehicle, computer equipment, a storage medium and a computer program product. The method comprises the steps of generating a first random number after a trigger instruction sent by diagnosis equipment is received, and encrypting the first random number based on a preset encryption algorithm and a key parameter; the encrypted first random number is sent to diagnosis equipment, a first request anti-theft authentication instruction sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal is received, and the first request anti-theft authentication instruction is triggered to be sent after the diagnosis equipment sends the encrypted first random number to the vehicle-mounted terminal; and generating a second random number, sending the second random number to the vehicle-mounted terminal, determining a first authentication result with the vehicle-mounted terminal according to the second random number, and sending the first authentication result to the vehicle-mounted terminal. Security authentication and authentication algorithm seed synchronization between the vehicle-mounted terminal and the vehicle remote starting controller are completed through the third-party diagnostic device, and the safety and reliability of vehicle remote starting are improved.
