The invention discloses a power converter compatible with single-phase alternating current and three-phase alternating current, which comprises a power factor correction circuit connected with an alternating current charging port and a bidirectional direct current converter with one side connected with the power factor correction circuit, and the other side of the bidirectional direct current converter is connected with a high-voltage battery. The power factor correction circuit further comprises a plurality of change-over switches arranged on the power factor correction circuit, and the change-over switches are arranged according to the overcurrent capability of a plurality of input ends in the power factor correction circuit. Compared with the prior art, the change-over switch is used for integrating different topological structures and sharing a power main loop and devices, compared with a vehicle-mounted charger with a single topology, the adaptability of different power grid voltages is improved, meanwhile, due to the fact that the specification capacity of the devices is utilized at the maximum efficiency through the shared devices, the cost is reduced, and the charging efficiency is improved. And the control mode of the relay is simple and clear.
