The invention discloses a road congestion index determination method and device, equipment, a medium and a product. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring first average speeds corresponding to a plurality of travel events occurring in a target road section in a plurality of preset time periods in a target preset period and second average speeds corresponding to a plurality of travel events occurring in the target road section in a target preset sub-period; and determining a road congestion index corresponding to the target road section according to the first average speed and the second average speed. The method for determining the average speed corresponding to each travel event comprises the following steps: acquiring signaling data generated in a signaling interaction process between a target mobile device and a target base station; determining a target position corresponding to the target mobile device according to the signaling data; determining the moving speed of the target mobile equipment; and under the condition that the target object is determined to be the vehicle according to the moving speed, determining an average speed corresponding to the travel event. Therefore, the road congestion index of the target road can be determined more accurately and comprehensively.

    本申请公开了一种道路拥堵指数确定方法、装置、设备、介质及产品。该方法包括:获取目标预设周期中的多个预设时段内,在目标路段发生的多个出行事件分别对应的第一平均速度以及在目标预设子周期内,在目标路段发生的多个出行事件分别对应的第二平均速度;根据第一平均速度和第二平均速度确定目标路段对应的道路拥堵指数。每个出行事件对应的平均速度的确定方法如下:获取目标移动设备与目标基站在进行信令交互的过程中产生的信令数据;根据信令数据,确定目标移动设备对应的目标位置;确定目标移动设备的移动速度;在根据移动速度确定目标对象为车辆的情况下,确定出行事件对应的平均速度。这样,可以更加准确全面地确定目标道路的道路拥堵指数。
