The invention discloses a ballastless track disease rapid identification method based on wheel track noise and vibration waveform, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting vibration data with the frequency of 0-2500Hz in a ballastless track structure, and enabling the vibration data with the frequency not exceeding 400Hz to correspond to the vibration frequency of a ballastless track bed; the vibration data in the range are stored in a mode of converting vibration waveforms into pictures; the vibration data exceeding 400 Hz correspond to the wheel track noise audio frequency, and the vibration data in the range are stored as noise audio characteristic data; s2, respectively establishing a wheel track noise audio database and a ballastless track bed vibration waveform picture database through long-term monitoring; s3, performing similarity analysis on train wheel track noise audio data and ballastless track bed vibration waveform data which are acquired in real time and a database established in an earlier stage, evaluating the service state of a track structure, and further judging whether the track structure is a steel rail disease, a fastener disease or a ballastless track bed disease; the effectiveness, the accuracy and the reliability of real-time recognition of the ballastless track structure diseases are remarkably improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于轮轨噪声和振动波形的无砟轨道病害快速识别方法,包括如下步骤:S1采集无砟轨道结构中频率为0~2500Hz之间的振动数据,其中不超过400Hz的振动数据与无砟道床振动频率对应,该范围内中振动数据以振动波形转换成图片的方式进行存储;超过400Hz的振动数据与轮轨噪声音频频率对应,该范围内的振动数据以噪声音频特征数据进行存储;S2通过长期监测分别建立轮轨噪声音频数据库和无砟道床振动波形图片数据库;S3将实时采集的列车轮轨噪声音频数据和无砟道床振动波形数据与前期建立的数据库进行相似度分析,评价轨道结构的服役状态,进而判断是钢轨病害、扣件病害还是无砟道床病害,显著地提高无砟轨道结构病害实时识别的有效性、准确性和可靠性。
