The invention provides a lifting mechanism speed reducing device based on electromagnetic induction. The device comprises a lifting well, a lifting compartment, a compartment bottom follow-up coil, a well wall current-conducting plate and a well bottom fixed coil. The compartment bottom follow-up coil is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the bottom of the lifting compartment and moves up and down together with the lifting compartment. The well wall current-conducting plate is fixed to the side wall of the lifting well. The well bottom fixed coil is installed at the bottom of the lifting well. When the lifting compartment suddenly accelerates to fall, the acceleration sensor monitors and triggers the compartment bottom follow-up coil to be powered on, the lifting compartment is immediately converted into an electromagnet, the well wall current-conducting plate generates induction current according to the Lenz's law to reduce the falling speed of the lifting compartment, meanwhile, the well bottom fixed coil is triggered to be powered on reversely, and the magnetic field direction is opposite to the magnetic field direction of the compartment bottom follow-up coil; and braking is further carried out when the lifting compartment approaches the shaft bottom. The anti-falling capacity of the lifting compartment is effectively improved, the complex structure of a mechanical anti-falling device is avoided, the non-contact anti-falling device does not need to consider abrasion consumption, and the service life of the anti-falling device can be effectively prolonged.

    本发明提供了一种基于电磁感应的升降机构减速装置。所述装置包括升降井、升降厢、厢底随动线圈、井壁导电板、井底固定线圈。厢底随动线圈固定布置在升降厢底部外侧,与升降厢共同上下。井壁导电板固定在升降井侧壁,井底固定线圈安装于升降井底部。当升降厢突然加速下坠时,加速度传感器监测并触发厢底随动线圈通电,升降厢随即转变为电磁铁,根据楞次定律井壁导电板产生感应电流减小升降厢下坠速度,同时触发井底固定线圈反向通电,磁场方向与厢底随动线圈磁场方向相反,进一步在升降厢接近井底时加以制动。有效提升了升降厢的防坠能力,避免了机械防坠装置的复杂结构,非接触式的防坠装置不用考虑磨损消耗,可以有效延长防坠装置的使用寿命。
