The invention relates to a dexterous on-orbit electro-hydraulic conduction type butt joint method. An active end and a passive end are included. The passive end is of a passive cavity structure, the active end and the passive end are provided with universal interfaces, and the universal interfaces serve as repeatable connection interfaces between the load module and the aircraft and support on-orbit function reconstruction of the aircraft; after the mechanical arm provides an initial butt joint condition, capturing connection is completed according to the process of rough correction, fine correction, disconnector insertion and combination body forming; during separation, separation is achieved according to the reverse process, namely, the sequence of unlocking the mechanism, disconnecting the disconnector and separating the combination, and then the mechanical arm is used for transferring, so that the driving end and the driven end are separated. According to the dexterous on-orbit electro-hydraulic conduction type butt joint method, enough connection force and good connection rigidity can be provided for an aircraft in the locking stage, and the advantage of reliable connection is achieved; and meanwhile, the device has the characteristics of high repeatability, simple and reliable structure, light weight and the like.

    本发明一种灵巧式在轨电液导通式对接方法,包括主动端和被动端;被动端为无源空腔结构,主动端与被动端具备通用接口,作为载荷模块与飞行器之间的可重复连接接口,支持飞行器在轨功能重构;在机械臂提供初始对接条件后,按照粗校正‑精校正‑断接器插合并形成组合体的流程完成捕获连接;分离时则按照其逆过程,即机构解锁、断开断接器、组合体分离的顺序实现分离,后续由机械臂转移,使得主动端和被动端分离。本发明提供一种灵巧式在轨电液导通式对接方法,在锁紧阶段可为飞行器提供足够的连接力及较好的连接刚度,具有连接可靠的特点;同时具有可重复性高、结构简单可靠、轻量化等特点。
