The invention discloses an aircraft cargo hold and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The aircraft cargo hold comprises a cargo hold body, a guide mechanism, a limiting mechanism and a fastening mechanism. The cargo hold body is provided with a containing cavity used for containing cargoes. The cargo hold body is provided with a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged in the first direction, and a hold door opening is formed in the first end and/or the second end and communicates with the containing cavity. The guide mechanism is arranged in the containing cavity and used for guiding the goods to move in the containing cavity in the first direction and limiting the goods to move in the second direction. A limiting mechanism is arranged at the door opening of the cargo hold body and used for limiting the cargo from moving in the first direction. The fastening mechanism is connected to the cargo hold body and used for limiting the cargo from moving in the third direction. Wherein the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are perpendicular to one another.
