The invention provides a large-size all-composite-material high-performance empennage which comprises a stabilizer, a mounting groove is formed in the rear side of the stabilizer, a control surface is mounted in the mounting groove and driven by a transmission shaft, and in a normal state, the outer edge of the control surface is flush with the rear edge of the stabilizer, and the control surface is consistent with the streamline of the outer surface of the stabilizer; the stabilizer comprises an inner framework and a skin structure on the outer side of the inner framework structure, the inner framework comprises a front beam and a rear beam, a plurality of reinforcing wing ribs are arranged between the front beam and the rear beam, one end of the front beam is provided with a T-shaped front beam butt joint section, the other end of the front beam is provided with a fuselage connecting structure, the front beam butt joint section is located at the end close to a wingtip, and the fuselage connecting structure faces the fuselage end. A T-shaped rear beam butt joint section is arranged at one end of the rear beam, and an outer suspension section is arranged at the other end of the rear beam. The empennage provided by the invention is reasonable in structural design, clear in force transmission path, light in structural weight, simple and reliable in structure, low in cost and convenient to use and maintain.
