The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile heat exchangers, and discloses an automobile graphene-based composite cooling fin which comprises a cooling fin core layer with a composite aluminum alloy plate as a base material. The graphene heat conduction layers are attached to the upper surface and the lower surface of the core layer; wherein the composite aluminum alloy plate comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.06% of Sc, 0.44% of Si, 0.46% of Fe, 0.02% of Cu, 0.05% of Mg, 1.06% of Mn, 1.47% of Zn, less than or equal to 0.026% of Zr and the balance of Al; the graphene heat conduction layer is a hydrogel graphene heat conduction layer. In addition, the invention further discloses a preparation method of the automobile graphene and composite cooling fin. The cooling fin is light in weight and good in heat dissipation effect, and can meet the heat dissipation requirement and the light weight requirement of modern automobiles.
