The invention relates to a crane metal dust separation system and a treatment method thereof, the system comprises: an air draft pipeline, the bottom of which is provided with a first diversion channel and a second diversion channel; a net-shaped electromagnet is radially arranged on one side above the first flow guide channel in the air draft pipeline; a filter screen is arranged on one side above the second flow guide channel in the air draft pipeline; the cleaning brush and the driving device thereof are arranged on the inner side of the filter screen; the water atomization device is arranged above the second flow guide channel in the air draft pipeline; the flow guide exhaust fan is arranged on the side, close to the outlet, in the exhaust pipeline; the filter cotton is arranged on the inner side of the outlet end in the air draft pipeline; the cyclone guide fan is arranged below the inlet end of the second flow guide channel; the recycling box body is arranged below the outlet ends of the first flow guide channel and the second flow guide channel; the two recyclable environment-friendly bag devices are respectively arranged at the outlet ends of the first flow guide channel and the second flow guide channel in the recycling box body; and a controller. According to the invention, the resource waste caused by manual loading and unloading is avoided, and the potential danger of high-risk projects of manual bagging to personnel is solved.
