The invention relates to a flexible power distribution network feeder load balancing method under large-scale electric vehicle access, and aims at solving the problem of flexible power distribution network feeder load balancing operation optimization, and establishing a flexible power distribution network feeder load balancing model under large-scale electric vehicle access. According to the method, the network access/off-network characteristics of the electric vehicle, the initial charge capacity characteristics of the electric vehicle, the charging power constraint of the electric vehicle, the charge capacity constraint of the electric vehicle, the operation constraint of a multi-terminal intelligent soft switch, the operation constraint of a distributed power supply and the operation constraint of a flexible power distribution network are comprehensively considered; and finally, determining a multi-terminal intelligent soft switch output strategy under large-scale electric vehicle access, and aggregating the charging power of the electric vehicle to obtain the operation loss cost of the flexible power distribution network, the loss cost of the multi-terminal intelligent soft switch, the electricity purchasing cost of the electric vehicle and the line load out-of-limit penalty cost. The problem of unbalanced feeder load caused by large-scale electric vehicle access is effectively relieved, and the operation economy of a power distribution network is improved.

    一种规模化电动汽车接入下柔性配电网馈线负载平衡方法,针对柔性配电网馈线负载平衡运行优化问题,建立了规模化电动汽车接入下柔性配电网馈线负载平衡模型,综合考虑电动汽车入网/离网特性、电动汽车初始荷电量特性、电动汽车充电功率约束、电动汽车荷电量约束、多端智能软开关运行约束、分布式电源运行约束以及柔性配电网运行约束,最终确定规模化电动汽车接入下多端智能软开关出力策略、电动汽车聚合充电功率,得到柔性配电网运行损耗成本、多端智能软开关损耗成本、电动汽车购电成本以及线路负载越限惩罚成本,有效缓解了规模化电动汽车接入导致的馈线负载不平衡问题,提升了配电网的运行经济性。
