The turnover lifting appliance comprises a travelling crane assembly frame; the travelling crane group frame is provided with the two sliding columns which are symmetrical left and right; the hanging beam assembly is connected with the two sliding columns in an up-down sliding mode; the overturning mechanism is arranged below the hanging beam assembly and used for overturning the mold box; the clamping arm mechanism comprises two clamping arms, a first rotating rod, a second rotating rod, a push-pull rod and a push-pull oil cylinder; the fixed end of each clamping arm is rotationally connected with the hanging beam assembly through a rotating shaft, and a rotating long hole is formed in the movable end of each clamping arm; the front end of the first rotating rod is hinged to the left end of the push-pull rod; the rear end of the second rotating rod is hinged with the right end of the push-pull rod, and the front end is connected with the rotating shaft of the right clamping arm; the right end of the push-pull oil cylinder is hinged to the hanging beam assembly, and the left end is hinged to the rear end of the first rotating rod. By the adoption of the overturning lifting appliance, only one push-pull oil cylinder is needed, the two clamping arms can be driven to synchronously and reversely rotate, and the structure is simple.
