The invention discloses a fast and accurate hoisting structure and method for a buckling restrained brace component in limited height. The lifting structure comprises a gravity center lifting ring, a left lifting ring and a right lifting ring which are arranged on a beam body on the upper side, and a gravity center lifting lug, a left lifting lug and a right lifting lug which are arranged on a supporting component, and further comprises an adjustable lifting appliance. According to the hoisting method, the supporting component is hoisted to the elevation position through the adjustable hoisting tool between the gravity center hoisting ring and the gravity center hoisting lug, and the two ends of the supporting component correspond to the connecting position of the first gusset plate and the second gusset plate through the adjustable hoisting tool between the left hoisting ring and the left hoisting lug and the adjustable hoisting tool between the right hoisting ring and the right hoisting lug. The BRB supporting component has the beneficial effects that the installation problem of the BRB supporting component in a limited space can be effectively solved, and due to the fact that the positions of the pre-buried ring and the lifting lugs are optimized in the early stage, the effects of accurate positioning and rapid installation can be achieved in the later installation process. And the working efficiency is improved, the time cost is saved, and the construction cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种有限高度内屈曲约束支撑构件快速精准吊装结构及方法。该吊装结构包括上侧的梁体上的重心吊环、左吊环和右吊环,以及支撑构件上的重心吊耳、左吊耳和右吊耳,还包括可调节吊具。该吊装方法利用重心吊环与重心吊耳之间的可调节吊具将支撑构件吊装至标高处,利用左吊环与左吊耳之间以及右吊环与右吊耳之间的可调节吊具,使得支撑构件的两端分别对应第一节点板、第二节点板的连接处。本发明的有益效果:可有效解决在有限空间内BRB支撑构件的安装问题,并且因在前期优化了预埋环和吊耳位置,可以在后期安装时达到精准定位、快速安装的效果。提高了工作效率,节省了时间成本,降低了施工成本。
