The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle control, and discloses a control method and device for preventing a vehicle from sliding on a slope, a medium and electronic equipment. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring real-time parameter information of a whole vehicle; determining the slope sliding state of the whole vehicle based on the real-time parameter information; based on the real-time parameter information, the motor rotating speed acceleration of the whole vehicle is calculated; determining the compensation torque current of the motor based on the sliding slope state and the motor rotation speed acceleration; and determining the torque of the motor based on the compensation torque current so as to control the whole vehicle. According to the method provided by the invention, the compensation torque current can be determined only through the rotational speed acceleration of the motor, so that the torque of the motor is controlled, an additional ramp detector is not needed to calculate the auxiliary torque required by the motor, and the cost of preventing the ramp from sliding is reduced. And meanwhile, the compensation torque current obtained through calculation does not need to be estimated, so that the anti-slip control precision is further improved, and the whole vehicle can be accurately prevented from slipping.
