本发明提供一种EPS系统多点同步NVH数据采集布局方法及系统,属于EPS系统的NVH技术领域,步骤一:根据NVH数据确定EPS系统部件在不同时速状态下,测试方式及多点同步测试点位图;步骤二:对NVH数据进行分类,并根据点位分布及分类结果,确定传感器安装规则以及布线方式,采集通道数和数据传输次序;步骤三:以分类后的采集数据作为输入,依照NVH数据反馈调整点位,并选择传感器安装规则以达到采样布局位置。本发明交叉融合了拓扑学与信息论,采取多状态点位分析及反馈优化布局策略,可以满足EPS系统NVH多点位同步采样要求。

    The invention provides a multipoint synchronous NVH data acquisition layout method and system for an EPS system, and belongs to the technical field of NVH of the EPS system.The method comprises the steps that firstly, according to NVH data, testing modes and multipoint synchronous testing point bitmaps of EPS system components in different speed states are determined; 2, classifying the NVH data, and determining a sensor installation rule, a wiring mode, the number of acquisition channels and a data transmission sequence according to point location distribution and classification results; and 3, taking the classified acquisition data as input, feeding back and adjusting point positions according to NVH data, and selecting a sensor installation rule to reach a sampling layout position. According to the method, topology and an information theory are fused in a crossing manner, a multi-state point location analysis and feedback optimization layout strategy is adopted, and the NVH multi-point-location synchronous sampling requirement of the EPS system can be met.
