The invention discloses a serious damage repairing method for a helicopter tail beam structure, which comprises the following steps of: determining various technical parameters of a complete tail beam, and reversely establishing a tail beam three-dimensional mathematical model through CATIA (Computer-graphics Aided Three-dimensional Interactive Application) software; a special fixture is developed, a replacement bulkhead is manufactured, and a plurality of bulkhead positioning tools, a plurality of stringer positioning tools and a plurality of bearing bush positioning tools are arranged in the special fixture; the skin, the bulkhead and the stringer in the damaged area are cut and scrapped; a replacement bulkhead is installed, and a bulkhead positioning tool is used for positioning; stringers are installed, and a stringer positioning tool is used for positioning; the upper bearing bush and the lower bearing bush are positioned and mounted through a bearing bush positioning tool; according to stress analysis of the tail beam, skin repair tolerance is determined, and skin repair standards are formulated; and eighthly, skin riveting is conducted according to the skin repairing tolerance and the skin repairing standard. According to the method, the severely damaged tail beam is repaired, the technical requirement for repairing the severely damaged tail beam is met, and therefore the helicopter equipment battle training requirement is met.
本发明公开了一种直升机尾梁结构严重损伤修复方法,包括:确定完整尾梁的各项技术参数,并通过CATIA软件逆向建立尾梁三维数模;研制专用型架并制作替换隔框,以及设置在所述专用型架内的多个隔框定位工装、多个桁条定位工装和多个轴瓦定位工装;切割损伤区域的蒙皮、隔框、桁条,并报废;安装替换隔框,并用隔框定位工装进行定位;安装桁条,桁条定位工装进行定位;通过轴瓦定位工装对上轴瓦和下轴瓦进行定位安装;依据尾梁受力分析,确定蒙皮修复容差,并制定蒙皮修复标准;步骤八、依照蒙皮修复容差和蒙皮修复标准,进行蒙皮铆接。本发明,实现了严重损伤尾梁修复,满足了严重损伤尾梁修复的技术需求,从而保障直升机装备战训需求。
