The invention belongs to the related technical field of underwater robots, and discloses a mechanical emergency load rejection self-rescue device of an underwater robot and the underwater robot. The device comprises a driving unit, a worm and gear box, a switch unit and a base, the driving unit is arranged above the worm and gear box, one end of a center shaft of the worm and gear box is connected with a load rejection shaft arranged in the center of the base, the other end of the center shaft of the worm and gear box is connected with the switch unit, and the switch unit is simultaneously connected with the driving unit and used for controlling a switch of the driving unit; the driving unit drives the center shaft of the worm and gear box to rotate, the center shaft rotates to drive the load rejection shaft to rotate, the switch unit is triggered when the load rejection shaft rotates to a preset position, the switch unit disconnects a power source of the driving unit to enable the center shaft to stop rotating, meanwhile, the load to be thrown falls off from the base, and therefore load rejection of the load to be thrown is achieved. According to the invention, the problems of emergency load rejection self-rescue and safe recovery of the underwater robot are solved.

    本发明属于水下机器人相关技术领域,并公开了一种水下机器人的机械式应急抛载自救装置及水下机器人。该装置包括驱动单元、涡轮蜗杆箱、开关单元和基座,驱动单元设置在所述蜗轮蜗杆箱上方,该蜗轮蜗杆箱的中心轴的一端与基座中心设置的抛载轴连接,另一端与开关单元连接,开关单元同时与驱动单元连接,用于控制驱动单元的开关;驱动单元驱动蜗轮蜗杆箱的中心轴旋转,该中心轴旋转带动抛载轴旋转,当旋转至预设位置时触发所述开关单元,该开关单元断开所述驱动单元的电源使得所述中心轴停止旋转,同时,抛载重物从所述基座上脱落,以此实现抛载重物的抛载。通过本发明,解决水下机器人应急抛载自救和安全回收的问题。
