The invention relates to a vehicle automatic driving compliance monitoring method and system and a storage medium. The monitoring method comprises the following steps: acquiring scene information of a target vehicle in an automatic driving process; triggering information corresponding to the compliance monitoring function in the automatic driving process of the target vehicle is obtained from the scene information, and whether the triggering information meets a preset triggering condition or not is judged; and if yes, acquiring corresponding monitoring information from the scene information through a compliance monitoring function to monitor the compliance of automatic driving of the target vehicle. According to the scheme, the mode of obtaining the real-time scene information is very simple, the condition of information blur can be avoided, the method is very suitable for the automatic driving process of the vehicle, the scene information can be accurately recognized by the vehicle, and therefore the automatic driving compliance of the target vehicle can be monitored more accurately through the compliance monitoring function.
