The invention discloses a concrete filled steel tube detection system which comprises an ultrasonic probe, an electric power unit, a detection trolley, a remote wireless control module, a positioning unit and a main controller, crawler-type walking mechanisms are connected to the two sides of the detection trolley, and a driving motor is installed on the detection trolley; a circle of rectangular teeth integrally connected with the track are distributed on the outer surface of the track, rectangular permanent magnets are embedded among the rectangular teeth, the thickness of the permanent magnets is smaller than that of the rectangular teeth, the positioning unit comprises a radar detector, a camera and a navigation module, and the main controller is connected with the driving motor, the ultrasonic detection unit and the positioning unit. And the remote wireless control module is connected with the main controller, so that the walking and obstacle avoidance of the detection trolley and the detection of the ultrasonic probe are realized, and the detection result of the concrete filled steel tube corresponds to the position information. The detection system can realize remote control detection of the steel pipe concrete, and is high in detection efficiency and accuracy.

    本发明公开了一种钢管混凝土检测系统,包括超声波探头、电力单元、检测小车、远程无线控制模块、定位单元和主控制器,检测小车的两侧连接有履带式走行机构,检测小车上安装有驱动电机,履带的外表面分布有一圈与履带连接为一体的矩形齿,矩形齿之间嵌设有矩形的永磁铁,永磁铁的厚度比矩形齿的厚度小,定位单元包括雷达探测器、摄像头和导航模块,主控制器与驱动电机、超声波检测单元及定位单元连接,远程无线控制模块与主控制器连接,实现检测小车的走行、避障及超声波探头的检测,并将钢管混凝土的检测结果与位置信息相对应。该检测系统可实现远程遥控钢管混凝土的检测,检测效率和准确度高。
