The invention relates to the technical field of ocean engineering, and provides a levelness adjustment method and system for an offshore wind power installation platform and a storage medium. The levelness adjusting method comprises the following steps: acquiring levelness data acquired by a levelness sensor; calculating the relative height of each suction bucket based on the levelness data; calculating the maximum height difference between the suction buckets based on the relative height of each suction bucket; determining whether the maximum height difference is greater than a preset error threshold; and under the condition that the maximum height difference is larger than the error threshold value, the suction prompt information corresponding to the target suction bucket with the highest relative height is output, and therefore the problem that the installation cost of an offshore wind power installation platform is high can be solved. The sensing data acquired by the horizontal sensor can be acquired, the maximum height difference of each suction barrel is calculated based on the sensing data, and a worker does not need to stop manually observing the levelness, so that the installation period of the offshore wind power installation platform can be shortened, and the installation cost of the offshore wind power installation platform can be reduced.
