The invention provides a low-energy-consumption deicing material with a low-interface-toughness coating coupled with electric pulses and a preparation method of the low-energy-consumption deicing material. The material comprises a low-interface toughness coating, a substrate material layer and an electric pulse coil which are sequentially formed from top to bottom. The characteristics of active deicing and passive deicing are combined, meanwhile, the low solid-ice interface fracture toughness of the low-interface toughness coating is utilized, the large-area deicing aspect is achieved, electric pulse deicing is combined, the base plate is made to vibrate through the strong electromagnetic force generated between the electric pulse coil and the base plate, and the large-area deicing effect is achieved. Therefore, the external force for removing the surface ice layer is greatly reduced. Besides, electric pulse deicing of the material is low in generated energy consumption, simple in structure and suitable for changeable and complex flight environments while high-efficiency deicing is achieved, and the material has great significance in technical development of low-energy, high-efficiency and large-area surface deicing.

    本发明提供了一种低界面韧性涂层耦合电脉冲的低能耗除冰材料及制备方法;该材料包括自上而下依次组成的低界面韧性涂层、基底材料层和电脉冲线圈。本发明结合了主动除冰和被动除冰的特点,同时利用低界面韧性涂层低的固‑冰界面断裂韧性,在大面积除冰方面具有巨大优势,结合电脉冲除冰,通过电脉冲线圈与基底板之间产生的强大电磁力使基底板产生振动,从而大大降低除去表面冰层的外力。此外,本发明材料的电脉冲除冰在实现高效率除冰的同时,其产生的能耗较低,结构简单,适用于多变复杂的飞行环境,对低能高效、大面积表面除冰的技术发展具有重要意义。
