The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle driving safety, and discloses a vehicle anti-collision method based on road surface state recognition, which comprises the following steps of: calculating a safety distance between vehicles relative to different road surface types and slippery states by using a fuzzy algorithm and a safety distance model through recognized road surface types and slippery states; and early warning is sent to the driving vehicle in time, so that active collision prevention is realized, and the driving safety is guaranteed.
