The invention discloses a method for disassembling and assembling a bridge crane in a limited space of an underground powerhouse. The method comprises the following steps: 1, arranging a roof anchor structure on a roof of the limited space of the underground powerhouse; 2, mounting a main beam large piece and a trolley large piece on the ground; thirdly, the two main beam large pieces are hoisted through a truck crane; fourthly, two end beam large pieces are hoisted to be connected with the two main beam large pieces, and a bridge large piece is formed; 5, moving the bridge frame large piece to the side of the overhead anchor structure; sixthly, the trolley large piece is lifted and suspended; seventhly, the bridge frame large piece is moved back to the position below the trolley large piece, the trolley walking mechanism is lowered to the trolley track, and installation of the bridge crane is completed; and 8, dismantling the bridge crane in the limited space of the underground powerhouse. The overhead anchor is matched with the electric hoist to complete hoisting of the bridge crane trolley, construction is conducted in the underground powerhouse cavern with the optimized height size, the installation efficiency is greatly improved, construction potential safety hazards are reduced, the construction period is shortened, the cavern excavation cost is saved, and the technical problem that the bridge crane is disassembled and assembled in the limited space is solved.

    本发明公开了一种地下厂房受限空间内桥式起重机拆装方法,包括步骤:一、地下厂房受限空间顶板设置天锚结构;二、地面安装主梁大件和小车大件;三、利用汽车吊吊装两个主梁大件;四、吊装两个端梁大件与两个主梁大件连接,构成桥架大件;五、移动桥架大件至天锚结构的旁侧;六、提升小车大件并悬空;七、移回桥架大件至小车大件下方,将小车行走机构下放至小车轨道上,完成桥式起重机的安装;八、地下厂房受限空间内桥式起重机拆除。本发明使用天锚配合电动葫芦完成桥机小车吊装,在高度尺寸优化后的地下厂房洞室内施工,大幅度提高安装效率,降低施工安全隐患、缩短施工周期、节约洞室开挖成本,解决在受限空间内拆装桥式起重机技术难题。
