The invention discloses a construction method for a hoisting point of a reinforcement cage of an enclosure structure of a metro open-cut station. The construction method comprises the steps of in-place operation of a crane and a traction machine, reinforcement cage conveying operation, reinforcement cage hoisting operation, traction machine stabilizing operation, reinforcement cage overturning operation, temporary placement of the reinforcement cage and lowering of the reinforcement cage. The steel reinforcement cage hoisting device has the beneficial effects that the 280T crawler crane and the 100T crawler crane are adopted for hoisting, the requirement for stable overall vertical hoisting of the steel reinforcement cage can be met, potential safety hazards caused by turning over and the like of the steel reinforcement cage in the common hoisting process are reduced, meanwhile, the traction pull ropes are arranged on the two sides of the steel reinforcement cage, and it can be ensured that in the hoisting process, the steel reinforcement cage can be stably hoisted. And the bottom end of the reinforcement cage is prevented from shaking, stable hoisting is ensured, and the device is worthy of being popularized in subsequent construction.

    本发明公开了一种用于地铁明挖车站围护结构钢筋笼吊点的施工方法,包括吊机及牵引机就位、钢筋笼运送作业、钢筋笼起吊作业、牵引机稳固作业、钢筋笼翻转作业、钢筋笼临时搁置、钢筋笼下放。本发明的有益效果是:采用280T履带吊和100T履带吊双机抬吊,能够满足钢筋笼平稳整体垂直吊装要求,减小普通吊装过程中钢筋笼因翻身等原因存在的安全隐患,同时还在钢筋笼的两侧设置有牵引拉绳,能够确保在吊起过程中,防止钢筋笼的底端晃动,确保稳定吊起,值得在后续施工中推广。
